By speaking clearly, you receive the Holy Spirit and thus have the power in you to speak in a different language.

This is something natural. It’s a new language for you, and you can't control it, you are just guided by the Holy Spirit.
I never thought this was possible because I grew up in a church where speaking in tongues was forbidden.
But on one occasion I was praying with my brother and I felt an energy inside me.
At that moment I noticed that I was speaking in a different language.
